This Refund and Cancellation Policy applies to all paid subscriptions to the DNSAFE service, operated by Admiresty Corporation. This policy is incorporated by reference into our Terms of Service.
All monthly subscriptions (Personal, Family, Pro, Business, and MSP plans) are billed in advance on a rolling monthly basis.
The Free plan has no associated charges and therefore no refund policy applies. You may delete your Free account at any time through Account Settings. Your data will be deleted within 90 days of account closure.
You may downgrade to a lower plan at any time through the billing portal. The downgrade takes effect at the start of your next billing period. No refund is issued for the difference in price during the current period. Features associated with the higher plan will remain available until the billing period ends.
If we terminate your account for a material breach of our Terms of Service or Acceptable Use Policy, no refund will be issued for any unused portion of a billing period.
If we terminate your account for any reason other than a breach on your part (for example, if we discontinue the Service), we will provide a prorated refund for the unused portion of the current billing period.
If DNSAFE experiences downtime that breaches the service level commitments stated in our Terms of Service, Business and MSP customers may be eligible for service credits rather than cash refunds. Credit requests must be submitted to support@dnsafe.net within 30 days of the incident. Credits are applied to future billing periods and are not redeemable for cash.
We understand that sometimes things go wrong. If you believe you are entitled to a refund in circumstances not covered by this policy — for example, due to a significant service failure or a billing error — please contact us and we will review your case on its merits. We want to be fair and reasonable.

Alternatively, email billing@dnsafe.net from your account email address and we will process the cancellation for you within 1 business day.
Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your card issuer. We are unable to issue refunds to a different payment method than the one originally charged.
Nothing in this policy affects any statutory rights you may have under applicable consumer protection law. If you are a consumer located in a jurisdiction that provides additional refund rights (such as the EU Consumer Rights Directive or UK Consumer Contracts Regulations), those rights take precedence over this policy to the extent they apply.
